If you are a CrossFitter looking to improve your barbell skills OR would like to join the Barbell Sport ongoing class – THIS is for you! Barbell 101 is an 8 week program designed to introduce you to the sport and the exercises. If you find yourself lacking confidence in an overhead squat, if you do not understand correct positioning of the snatch or simply want to increase your power, speed and strength this introductory course is a no-brainer.

The next Barbell 101 Begins Friday, September 4th 5:30am
Tuesday, September 2nd 6pm
This class meets once per week for 8 weeks.
Tuesdays 6pm and Fridays 5:30am
Each 8 week session is limited to 8 people
Open to anyone
After you complete Barbell Sport 101, you can join the Barbell Sport Olympic Lifting classes.
These classes provide athletes an opportunity to work on their technique in the Olympic lifts (Snatch, Clean, Jerk, etc). Classes include drills to improve the lifts and work on increasing strength and power as well as performing the lifts themselves.
Classes are held 2 days per week.

Monday & Wednesday 6:45am – 7:45am
Monday & Wednesday 12pm – 1pm
Monday & Wednesday 6:00pm – 7:00pm
*You must complete Barbell Sport 101 before registering for a Barbell Sport Class
